BAG FILTER

The Bag Filter separates Suspended solid from the process fluids by collecting them with the filter media. Filter bags are usually non-rigid, disposable and easily replaceable. Compact design with a quick clamping mechanism by MSSIPL allows minimum effort for opening and closing of the filter top. Spring Assist Mechanism is provided for top cover opening at the time of bag replacement for ease of operation. Poly loc collar are press fitted in to the housing. This eliminates additional clamping for filter bags also to prevent liquid bypass around the top of the filter bag.

HYDROCYCLONE FILTER

Hydro Cyclone separators are designed specifically to improve the quality of process fluids where space requirements are limited. These separators provides an excellent method for removing dirt, sand, silt, precipitates and suspended solids from a variety of process fluids. Equipped with a removable dome, the interior of the separator can easily be accessed for inspection. A separator has a simple and reliable design which offers long-lasting trouble-free service. The separators doesn’t have any moving part which will wear out eliminating malfunction or breakdown.

SELF CLEANING FILTER

The name self -cleaning automatic filter itself indicates that it is easy to operate and economical in use instead of heavy / bulky filters. Our automatic self-cleaning filter consists of wedge wire screen with rotating scrapper inside which continuously scraps out the impurities trapped in the wedge wire screen. The mesh sizes are depending upon the filtration required and are available from 100  to 5000 Micron

A cartridge filter is a piece of tubular filtration equipment that can be used across various industries for pre-filtration or final filtration. A cartridge is encased within a housing or a casing and used to remove unwanted particles, pollutants, and chemicals from liquids. The cartridge is exposed to water, liquid or solvent that needs filtration, as it flows inside the housing and passes through the filter elements. Various micron ratings & material for cartridges as well as housings are available as per process requirements.

BASKET STAINER

A basket strainer is a device that uses a mesh screen to filter out foreign particles in a horizontal pipeline. These particles are then removed from the strainer and will not make their way into downstream equipment like pumps, valves, and traps. A duplex or double basket strainer assembly is also available for continuous operation.

DEMISTER FILTER

The Demister Filter is consisting of a heavy –  duty vessel with demister pad. The fluid enters the vessel, passing though the demister pad where debris and particles are collected at the inner surface. These Demister strainers are ideal to remove solid particles > 100 microns for pump protection.  Demister filters have higher solids holding capacity than basket strainers thus eliminating need for frequent cleaning for stages in paint shops like degrease, activation, phosphates, CED etc.

CLARIFIER

Clarifiers are settling tanks built with mechanical means for continuous removal of solids being deposited by sedimentation. A clarifier is generally used to remove solid particulates or suspended solids from liquid for clarification and/or thickening. Inside the clarifier, solid contaminants will settle down to the bottom of the tank where it is collected by a scraper mechanism. Concentrated impurities, discharged from the bottom of the tank, are known as sludge which is transferred to the sludge dewatering units. The particles that float on the surface of the liquid are called scum which is removed continuously by surface wiper.

HIGHT RATE SOLID CONTACT CLARIFIER (HRSCC)

The high – rate solid contact clarifier usually called as HRSCC is used mostly wherein where the incoming load conditions vary. Much wide range of water qualities can be handled in the HRSCC Clarifier. HRSCC use in Colloidal silica removal, wastewater treatment, heavy metal recovery.

INCLIEND PLATE SETTLER

A lamella clarifier or inclined plate settler (IPS) is a type of clarifier designed to remove particulates from liquids. The main advantage of lamella clarifiers over other clarifying systems is the large effective settling area caused using inclined plates, which improves the operating conditions of the clarifiers in a number of ways. The unit is more compact usually requiring only 65-80 % of the area of clarifiers operating without inclined plate. The IPS unit doesn’t have any moving parts, so the maintenance requirement is almost nil.
