In electroplating line final stage DI rinse bath is contaminated during process with chrome resulting its effectiveness for cleaning/Rinsing . The bath require periodic drains and fresh DM water for fresh bath.
The bath adds hydraulic and quality load on effluent treatment plant. The media-based system removes chrome traces from DI rinse bath and the same is recycled to DM rinse bath as a fresh DM water.
