Anode Cells

Synder Filtration is an original manufacturer of anode cell for CED application. MSSIPL exclusively represents Synder Filtration in India. The Tech CELL Anode Cells are designed specifically for use in the Electrocoating Process.Its function is to act as an opposing electrode to the product being painted and to remove the acid continuously released by the paint during the deposition process.

ETP & Effluent Recycling System

MSSIPL provides Effluent Treatment Plant for various effluents which combine advanced chemical-physical treatment processes followed by tertiary treatment for removal of organic, inorganic, oil & grease, heavy metals & suspended solids. MSSIPL designs a steady-state model to overcome environmental issues related to the industry. Our Effluent recycling systems employ the most advanced wastewater treatment technologies to purify and recycle the wastewater produced. It is a process for maximum recovery of water from effluent that would otherwise be discharged. The recycled water is used in process again.

Oil Separation from degreasing bath

In the metal processing industry, degreasing is an important step for preparing metal components for further treatment. This is done in a bath containing aqueous solution of detergent. This allows the removal of oil on the components coming from machine shop. Over the period, the oil contaminant increases beyond permissible limit resulting the requirement of fresh degreased bath. MSSIPL’s membrane-based system can remove suspended particles, free floating oil and even emulsified oil from the Degrease bath. This allows the reuse of the oil free degrease bath solution back to the process thus improving process efficiency and saving of valuable chemicals. For more information, please contact us.

With over 20 years of experience in the E-coat industry, MSSIPL has proven to be one of the top suppliers of membrane-based technology when it comes to E-coat Ultrafiltration Systems Paint UF is the heart of the Electrocoat paint operations producing filtrate from paint separation for coated part rinsing, optimized paint coating operations, and control on paint bath chemistry control. The paint ultrafiltration system recovers paint solids and provide a clean rinse solution for closed loop systems. We provide fully integrated UF Systems with skid, piping, valves, Instrumentation and controls. MSSIPL has more then 50 + installations in INDIA.

DIMINERALIZATION

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salt from water by using the ion exchange process. With most natural sources it is possible to use demineralization and reduce water of a higher quality than conventional distillation. MSSIPL manufactures a wide range of custom – built dematerialized water plants in India for industrial process water applications, with inherent design to conserve water and save costs.

Stage Filter

Bag Filter

The Bag Filter separates Suspended solid from the process fluids by collecting them with the filter media. Filter bags are usually non-rigid, disposable and easily replaceable. Compact design with a quick clamping mechanism by MSSIPL allows minimum effort for opening and closing of the housing top cover. Spring Assist Mechanism is provided for top cover opening at the time of bag replacement for ease of operation. Polyloc collar are press fitted in to the housing. This eliminates additional clamping for filter bags and prevents liquid bypass around the top of the filter bag.

Demister Filter

The Demister Filter is consisting of a heavy – duty vessel with demister pad. The fluid enters the vessel, passing though the demister pad where debris and particles are collected at the inner surface. These Demister strainers are ideal to remove solid particles > 100 microns for pump protection. Demister filters have higher solids holding capacity than basket strainers thus eliminating need for frequent cleaning for stages in paint shops like degrease, activation, phosphates, CED etc.

Magnetic filter

The auto magnetic filter is designed to remove magnetic particles from hot water rinse stage of automobile paint shop or from any process fluid having magnetic particles. The magnetic filter can be installed in circulation line of hot water rinse bath or as side stream filtration. The magnetic filter operation is completely automatic for service cycle as well as cleaning. Additionally, the drain recovery system is also provided to recover process fluid drained at the time of cleaning.

Hydro cyclone Filter

Hydro Cyclone separators are designed specifically to improve the quality of process fluids where space requirements are limited. These separators provides an excellent method for removing dirt, sand, silt, precipitates and suspended solids from a variety of process fluids. Equipped with a removable dome, the interior of the separator can easily be accessed for inspection. A separator has a simple and reliable design which offers long-lasting trouble-free service. The separators doesn’t have any moving part which will wear out eliminating malfunction or breakdown.

Phosphate Sludge Filter

Phosphate sludge is an undesirable waste by-product in phosphate process which can dampen the efficiency of metal surface finishing process. The Phosphate filter is installed as side stream filtration system which withdraws the solution from phosphate bath tank continuously and recycles the clear filtrate back to the phosphate bath tank. The phosphate sludge retained is discharged from the filter periodically. Effective separation, less footprint area, low moisture content, fully automatic operation are the features of MSSIPL SF05/SF10.

Self-Cleaning Filter

The name self -cleaning automatic filter itself indicates that it is easy to operate and economical in use instead of heavy / bulky filters. Our automatic self-cleaning filter consists of wedge wire screen with rotating scrapper inside which continuously scraps out the impurities trapped in the wedge wire screen. The mesh sizes are depending upon the filtration required and are available from 100 to 5000 Micron.
